How do credits work?
Each message rewrite costs 1 credit. You can purchase credit packs as needed through our pricing page. Credits never expire.
What happens when I run out of credits?
You can purchase more credits anytime from the pricing page. You can also earn free credits by inviting colleagues to use the service.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor Stripe.
Are credits refundable?
Credits are non-refundable except as required by law. However, credits never expire, so you can use them whenever you need.
Do credits expire?
No, your credits never expire. Purchase once and use them whenever you need professional message rewrites.
Technical Support
Why isn't my translation generating?
Make sure you have sufficient credits and a stable internet connection. If the issue persists, try refreshing the page or contact support.
What languages are supported?
We support English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, and Dutch. More languages are coming soon.
What's the character limit?
The maximum character limit is 1000 characters for the message content and 60 characters for custom titles.

How is my data protected?
We use industry-standard encryption and security measures. Your account data is stored securely, and message content is only processed temporarily and not permanently stored.
Do you store my messages?
No, we do not permanently store your message content. Text is processed by our AI service and immediately discarded after translation.
